What is EVA Foam?

EVA is made from ethylene-vinyl acetate which foamed by an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. It has a rubbery feel. It's dense but light, and soft to the touch.

The foam provides cushioning, but has little give. Still, in thin sheets it's flexible enough to be wrapped around products. It's available in various colors and densities

  • Resistant to moisture, mold, and mildew
  • Smooth and soft to the touch
  • Good shock absorption
  • UV resistant
  • Tear resistant

Why not choose it?

  • Can be more expensive than other foams
  • Low elasticity
  • Can give off an odor
