Crosslinked Polyethylene (XLPE) is made by foaming low-density polyethylene (LDPE) foam with a foaming agent.
The cells are very fine, giving XLPE it's extremely smooth feel and appearance. Custom inserts are cut with waterjets for precision. Variety of colors and densities available.
