Tuck Top Snap Lock Bottom (TTSLB)

A longitudinal seam box with a lid that tucks into the top and a base that has a snap lock bottom.
Also known as
1-2-3 Style Bottom, Envelope Style Bottom
Tuck top

Tucks in behind the front panel when closed.

Dust flaps

Keep dust from entering the box, and adds a layer to the unboxing.

Snap lock bottom

Closes in three steps, creating more support than a tuck bottom

Why use a tuck top snap lock bottom?

Used for both folding cartons and corrugated, a TTSLB is fast to assemble in fulfillment and does not require any tape.

It is more economical than the Tuck Top Autobottom (TTAB), because it does not require additional glueing to create the bottom panel.
