How to work with Lumi Experts

As well as being an expert in the Lumi platform, Lumi Experts specialize in any stage in the packaging supply chain, from design and engineering to testing and logistics. Use the Lumi Experts directory to find the right agency or individual to help with your project.

When your project is ready, an Expert can bring it right into Lumi to communicate directly with suppliers on your behalf.

1. Go to the Lumi Experts page.
2. Choose the Agencies tab or Professionals. Professionals are individual freelancers.
3. Use the Capabilities on the left to filter for the type of expertise you need.
4. Read through the relevant Expert pages to decide who is the best match for your project and budget.
5. To reach out to an Expert, click the "Contact" button on their page and send your information.
6. The Expert will reply to your inquiry via email.

In your project brief, be sure to let your selected expert(s) know your timeline, budget, and the goals of your project in as much detail as possible.

If you already know the products or suppliers you want to use, let them know that information too.
