There are two ways to message suppliers. Once they've started a quote for you, you can message them in a quote request. Once you've placed an order, you can message them in an order. Here's how.
When viewing a quote or order messages, click “add collaborators” above the message field. From there, you can view and update the list of current collaborators on a message thread. All collaborators will receive an email notification for new messages. Be sure to click “submit” to save any changes.
