Box top closures

Friction tuck top

A tuck top that uses friction to stay closed.

Full overlap top

Four flaps of the same length, with the front and back flaps overlapping across the entire width of the box.

Partial overlap top

Four flaps of the same length, with the front and back flaps partially overlapping.

RSC top

Four flaps of the same length, with the front and back flaps meeting in the middle.

Slit lock top

A tuck top with small slits cut on either side of the crease which locks it in place.

Unituck slit lock top

A tuck top with tapered corners and small slits cut on either side of the crease to lock the top closed.

Box tray bases

Center joint base

A plus sign-shaped base, with panels that fold up and around the product.

Economy roll end base

A roll-end base that can use up to 30% less material than the standard roll-end base.

Roll end base
